Powhatan Point Riverfront Resort Recreation Center
The Powhatan Point Riverfront Resort Recreation Center represents the recommendations for utilizing Powhatan Point area and recreational potential to attract weekend get-aways, family vacations, and technical conference attendees, as part of the Powhatan Point Riverfront Resort. A broad array of year-round recreational elements includes: 18 hole golf course/driving range/miniature golf course/putting green; summer tram/high-wire; 4-wheeler/snowmobile riding trails; horse-back riding; canoing; fishing; hunting; archery; hiking; water park/sports; go-cart racing; winter skiing; and ice skating. These offerings will complement the resort and provide regional visitors with multiple all year round recreation venues during their respective stay.
The facility plan exploits valley with the mountain northern slope to support the venue outlined.
